摘要
针对套管井短源距全波测井方法进行了缩小模型井的实验模拟。采用石英砂和水泥等配制出具有一定速度和密度的地层试块,按照相似性准则制作了缩小模型井和换能器。测试结果表明:实验波形与理论波形具有一致的规律性;声源的频率特性对全波波形具有显著影响;当套管与地层之间存在间隙时,导波存在明显的持续振荡现象,该特征对于采用短源距全波测井方法进行固井水泥胶结质量的评价具有重要意义。
Experimental studies of modelling for short spaced acoustic wave logging in cased wells are carried out on laboratory model scale of which is reduced by a factor of 10 from the real wells The formation simulaed in laboratory is made of a cement mixture, consisting of quartz sand, cement etc laboratry models and transducers are designed according to the principle of similarity The result of modelling shows that experimental waveforms are consistent with theoretical waveforms;the frequency features of acoustic sources has a obvious effect on acoustic waveforms and guided waves have a durative oscillation when the cracks exist between steel pipe and cement or cement and formation or when the annulus between the pipe and formation lacks cement
