摘要
为了分析F302换热器的热弹性应力场,提出了用等效无孔管板代替实际有孔管板,并以此作为力学分析的模型,用二维接触有限元法进行温度场、位移场和应力场的分析计算,为换热器安全评定和设计提供了依据。
Analyses the thermal elastical stress field of F 302 thermal transducer by using the finite element method, presents a mechanical model, which is proved to be effective, with equivalent tube board without opening instead of real tube board with opening. The result is accurate enough to meet engineering requirement, and provides basis for safety evaluation and design of thermal transeducer.
