摘要
运用机械设备磨损和故障发展变化的基本规律，对管道输油设备的磨损过程和故障发展变化进行了分析，同时比较具体的提出了设备在磨损和故障发展变化的３个阶段存在的经济维修问题及原因，对设备经济维修管理中存在的问题提出了措施及对策。
Using the fundamentals of plant equipment abrasion and faulty, to analise the procedure of abrasion and change of faulty in pipeline oil transportation equipment. Meanwhile, put forward some problems and causes of economical maintenance in the three stages of equipment abrasion and faulty. With the DKS horizontal centre open centrifugal multistage pump as an example, we briefly illustrate the cycle of major, medium and minor maintenance, mend items and contents, put forward measures and countermeasures for the problems existing in maintenance management.
