摘要
为了改进ＰＤＣ钻头设计，在全尺寸试验的基础上，对ＰＤＣ钻头单齿切削过程进行了试验研究。结果表明：ＰＤＣ钻头切削深度与切削力之间成幂函数关系，力的变化规律反映了岩石破碎过程中的“跃进式”破碎特点。
The single tooth cutting course of a PDC drilling bit is studied. The research is of great significance for improving PDC drilling bit design. The results show that there is power function relationship between cutting depth and load. Force, big or small, is decided by “leap form” in the course of drilling.
