摘要
根据乙苯脱氢反应装置的生产数据,通过物料、热量和动量平衡计算,建立了径向绝热反应床层的拟均相一维模型。又在此基础上建立了催化剂失活模型,分析了主要工艺参数。对现场工况进行了优化和预测,预测在最佳水/烃比和进料流量下,乙苯转化率、苯乙烯收率及选择性均可以提高。一、二段人口温差5℃及主要参数最佳时,预测催化剂寿命可延长到2a以上。
A mechanism model of the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction was developed earlier. It consists of the continuity equations for each chemical component, heat balance and momentum balance equations. Some reasonable assumptions lead to a simplified homogeneous model which retains the accuracy of a complex heterogeneous model and reduces computing time. Due to lack of kinetics data from pilot plant and commercial unit, the apparent kinetics data were derived from the regression of plant production data. An empirical model which can be used to predict the catalyst life was also developed. In order to increase the catalyst life, the arrangement of inlet temperature at different operating time has been given using this model. The catalyst life can be prolonged to more than 2 years under optimized operating conditions. It is predicted that ethylbenzene conversion, styrene yield and selectivity can be enhanced under optimum conditions.
