摘要
设备维修管理系统以设备台帐为基础,通过设备预先定义的预防性维修策略自动生成维修计划,并对维修计划及所需资源进行合理安排,生成预防性维修工单,对发生故障设备创建故障工单。根据工单进行检修/维修作业,作业完成后,获取工单的故障、成本等相关信息,并对维修活动及维修成本进行分析。
Based on equipment registration, equipment maintenance management system generates maintenance plans automatically by the preventive maintenance strategy of the pre-defmed equipment, draws up reasonable maintenance plans and makes reasonable arrangement for required resources, then generates preventive repair work order, establishes the failure work order to the equipment that goes wrong. When repair and maintenance operations according to the work order finished, work order fault, cost and relevant information will be acquired, and they are used to analyze maintenance activities and maintenance costs.
