摘要
以中东原油生产的90号沥青为原料,考察了乳化剂体系对制备的乳化沥青储存稳定性的影响。结果表明,乳化剂的分子结构不同,对稳定性的影响不同;采用复合乳化剂可以提高乳化沥青的稳定性;适当的调配乳化剂溶液的浓度和pH值能够改善乳化沥青的储存稳定性。
The influence of emulsifier system on the storage stability of emulsified asphalt was investigated by using AH-90 asphalt, The result shows that different molecular structure of emulsifier have different impact on the stability. When proper emulsifier has been mixed, the synergistic effect could improve the stability of emulsified asphalt. It was also found that the concentration and pH value of emulsion could contribute to the stability of emulsified asphalt.
