摘要
[目的]揭示禁食对蚜虫传播非持久性病毒的影响机理。[方法]通过EPG技术和即时中断技术结合生物学观察试验观察取食过病原植株的蚜虫禁食与非禁食组接种到健康植株后,植株的发病情况。[结果]在棉蚜获得黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)后禁食1 h会显著降低黄瓜花叶病毒的接种效率,但会显著提高禁食后第一个接种植株的接种成功率。EPG分析结果表明,1 h禁食处理的棉蚜与不禁食的棉蚜相比有更多的pdII-2亚波形阶段的脉冲,同时也有更高的病毒接种成功率。pdII-2的脉冲是联系禁食和病毒接种成功率的重要因子。[结论]蚜虫的行为是影响CMV传播的重要因素。携带病毒的蚜虫饥饿时会足量地释放在首先接触的植株上以保证病毒能够被传播。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the mechanism of effect of fast on transmitting non-persistent virus by Aphis gossypii.[Method] The inoculation processes of fasted and non-fasted aphids inoculated from the diseased plants to the health plants were studied with electrical penetration graph(EPG) technique and simultaneous display technique combined with biological observation test to observe the plant disease incidence.[Result] The results showed that after post-acquisition on the CMV the cotton aphids with 1h fast could significantly reduce the CMV inoculation efficiency but it could significantly improve the inoculation efficiency of CMV on the first plant.EPG technique analysis results showed that the aphids with 1h fast had more pdII-2 pulses than the non-fasted aphids and have higher inoculation efficiency.The pdII-2 pulse was an important factor in the relationship between fast and virus inoculation efficiency.[Conclusion] The behavior of aphids was the important factor on CMV transmission.The
aphids with virus released virus on the first plant as much as possible when they were in hunger to make sure that the virus can be transmitted.
