摘要 [目的]为开发艾草源绿色农药提供理论依据。[方法]采用超声波提取法制备艾草乙醇提取液,研究艾草提取液对果蝇的驱避作用、触杀作用、熏蒸作用。[结果]艾草的乙醇提取液对果蝇具有很强的驱避作用,随着剂量的增加和时间的延长,其效果增强。试虫点滴艾草提取液后有明显的中毒反应,先是多动不安,之后逐渐停止活动,且取食量减少;随着时间的延长,艾草提取液对果蝇的触杀效果增强。熏蒸过程中试虫很快出现中毒症状,不断抖动翅膀和爬动,逐渐停止活动,最后死亡。[结论]艾草对果蝇具有较强的驱避、触杀、熏蒸作用,且无毒、无残留,不污染环境,可以用来开发绿色农药。 [Objective] The research aimed to supply theoretical basis for developing green pesticides from Argy wormwood.[Method] The ethanol extracts of A.warmwood was prepared by ultrasonic extraction and its repellent effect,contact and fumigating function on drosophila were researched.[Result] The ethanol extracts of A.warmwood had very strong repellent effect on drosophila and its effect increased along with the increment of dosage and the extending of time.The tested insects dipped with A.warmwood extracts showed obvious poisoning reaction.They first moved more and uneasily and then gradually stopped moving and ate less.Along with the extending of time,the contact toxicity of A.warmwood extracts on drosophila increased.The tested insects showed the toxic symptoms soon in fumigation process,as chattering their wings and creeping continuously,stopping activity gradually,and died finally.[Conclusion] A.wormwood had stronger repellent effect,contact and fumigating toxicities on drosophila,had no toxicity,no residue and didn't cause environment pollution.It could be used in developing green pesticides.
