Measurement of Technical Parameters of Coherent Fibers Bundles

摘要 国内一些应用单位都是采用综合效果评价法——调制传递函数来评价相干纤维束的像质。由于应用单位较关心的是成像效果,因此这不失为一种可取的方法。但生产单位对涉及相干纤维束制作工艺的一些具体的技术参数,诸如丝径均匀性、分辨率、数值孔径、透光率、填充系数、芯皮比等更为关注。为此介绍了一些技术参数的检测方法及其相关的工艺控制。同时对样品的这些技术参数进行了测试并给出了测试结果。 Usually a comprehensive effect evaluation method, modulation transfer function, is used to evaluate the image quality of coherent fiber bundle. For users it is a preferred method because they are more interested in the imaging effect. However for manufacturers they are more interested in some specific technical parameters, such as diameter uniformity, resolution, numerical aperture, transmittance, filling coefficient, core/cladding ratio of the fiber bundle, therefore some measurement methods for these technical parameters and some problems associated with the process are introduced. In the same time the measurement of these parameters and the measured results are presented.
