摘要
从16V240ZJB型柴油机增压器机油精滤器的结构、原理入手,论述了盘片式滤芯精滤器与一次性滤芯精滤器的异同。分析了其故障产生的原因及危害,针对产生故障的原因,提出了从结构上改变精滤器的来油管接头或通往增压器的出油口管接头的规格、改变一次性滤芯弹簧的性能参数、在段修规程中增加机油精滤器试验等措施。
Based on fault analysis result,the countermeasures were put forward,including changein the sizes of oil pipe fittings into filter and out of filter and the parameters of filtering element spring and adding 'oil fine filter testing' into the shed repair rule.
