摘要
为解决卷烟生产经营决策管理系统在打码过程中的丢码问题,分析了产生丢码的原因:打码数据库ACCESS易损坏;程序处理时出现异常情况;人为原因等导致数据丢失。其中造成丢码的主要原因在于ACCESS打码数据库性能上存在缺陷。为此,在保持原业务流程不变的情况下,将打码数据库从ACCESS升级改造为M icrosoft SQL Server 2000,修改原针对ACCESS数据库编写代码和打码程序原备份恢复流程;对容易造成丢码的关键部分增加提示信息。为了方便打码程序的配置和维护,还增加了一些辅助功能。测试结果显示,升级后打码程序稳定可靠,有效降低了因数据库损坏而导致丢码的次数,提高了数据的可恢复性,保证了决策管理系统的可靠运行。
In order to solve the problem of barcode missing during barcode printing in the decision management system, the possible causes of barcode missing including frequent damage of barcode printing database ACCESS, abnormity in program processing and human-caused factors, were analyzed, and it was found that the functional defect of ACCESS was the main reason. Keeping the original work flow unchanged, the barcode printing database was upgraded from ACCESS to Microsoft SQL Server 2000, the code for ACCESS and back-up restoration flow of barcode printing program were modified, and more prompting messages were added to the key parts where the barcode was liable to miss. At the same time, some assistant functions were also added to convenience the configuration and maintenance of barcode printing program. The test results showed that the upgraded system was steady and reliable, the frequency of barcode missing was reduced effectively and the recoverability of data was increased.
