摘要
在Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机上对一种高性能超低碳钢变形奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线)进行了测定,并观测了不同冷却速度下转变产物的显微组织和硬度。重点研究了以1℃/s和10℃/s冷速连续冷却时的组织转变规律。结果表明:实际生产中,将冷速控制在5—20℃/s之间,开始冷却的温度在650℃以上,此时的相变组织为较均匀的贝氏体组织。
The CCT (Continuous Cooling Transformation} curve for a kind of ultra-low carbon steel with high property is determined on Gleeble -3800 thermal trial simulator. And microstructure and hardness of transformation products under different cooling speeds are observed. The structure transformation regularity are investigated emphatically as being cooled continuously at the cooling rate of 1 ℃/s and 10 ℃/s. The results show that phase transformation structure is homogenous balnlte under the condition of cooling rate controlled at the range of 5 -20 ℃/s and initial cooling temperature over 650 ℃ in practical production.
