摘要
目的：建立前列舒乐胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量测定方法。方法：采用高效注相色谱法，色谱柱为（Dia-monsil（TM）C18柱，流动相为乙腈-水（30：70）；检测波长为270nm。结果：淫羊藿苷的线性范围为0．307～1．536ug，r=0．9999，回收率为99．22％，RSD（％）：1．12％（n=6）。结论：本测定方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于测定前列舒乐胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。
Objective： To establish a method for determinating Icariin in Qianlieshule Capsule by HPLC. METHODS： Diamonsil C is column （5um, 4. 6 × 250mm） was used. The mobil phase is Acetonitrile -water （30：70） with flow rate 1.0mL·min^-1 The detection wavelength was set at 270nm. The column temperature was room temperature. RESULTS： The linear range of Icariin was in the range of 0. 307 - 1. 536trg （r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 99.22% and RSD was 1.12% （n = 6）. CONCLUSION： The method is rapid, highly accurate and precise. It can control the quality of Qianlieshule Capsule.
