摘要
目的:改进黄藤素片的质量标准,建立科学的质量控制技术。方法:研究黄藤素片中有效成分盐酸巴马汀的定性、定量分析技术。结果:建立了黄藤素片有效成分盐酸巴马汀的薄层色谱定性,高效液相色谱定量分析方法。结论:建立的分析方法具有专属性,分析准确、快速,结果判断客观、可靠。
Objective： To improve the quality standard for Tablets Fibrauretini and establish a scientific quality control techniques. Methods： The qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques for the bioactive components palmatine hydrochloride have been studied particularly. Results： The TLC and HPLC analysis methods of palmatine hydrochloride were establiched. Conclusion： The TLC and HPLC method for palmatine hydrochloride analysis of Tablets Fibrauretini was exclusive, accurate, objective and reliable.
