摘要
羊冻精的质量是影响羊群冷配受胎率的关键因素,对羊人工输精的效果和羊冷配技术推广有重要影响。我们在实施良种肉羊细管冻精研制项目中,按照国家技术监督局发布的《山羊冷冻精液质量检测方法》(GB20557—2006)对采用我们制定的细管冻精生产工艺流程生产的无角陶赛特羊细管冻精进行了冻精质量检测,测定了冻精解冻后精子的活力、前进运动精子数、畸形率、顶体完整率、每剂量细菌数、精子存活时间,测定结果表明无角陶赛特羊细管冻精质量指标均达到国家标准。
The Quality of frozen semen in straw frozen semen for poll Dorset was examined on the basis of 《Examination Method of Quality of Frozen Semen for Goat》 （ GB20557-2006 ） and the straw frozen semen was produced in accordancl with technological process of straw frozen semen production laid down by the Center of Livestock Improvenent in Qinghai Praviace. The examination items included the sperm motility, the sperm number of advance motion, the rate of defective sperm, the complete rate of acrosome, the sperm suvival time. The examination results showed that the quality index of the straw frozem semen for Poll Dorset achieved the state standard.
