摘要
我们对11组试验配方中冷冻效果较好的5组配方用同样的冷冻程序进行了冷冻稀释液、甘油浓度和解冻温度进行了研究。结果表明，2号稀释液效果最好（P〈0.05）甘油浓度为6％时的冷冻效果最佳（P〈0．01），在40～44℃解冻后其活力可高达0．5。
Five formulas of better frozen effect were studied in the frozen semen diluent, glycerin concentration and thawing temperature. The results showed that the effect of semen diluent 2 was the best （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The frozen effect was the best when the glycerin cncentration was 6% （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The sperm motility after thawing was 0.5 when the temperature was 40 - 44℃.
