Progress in TFA-MOD for Superconducting Coated Conductors

摘要 三氟乙酸金属有机沉积(TFA-MOD)技术在制备超导涂层导体长带方面具有低成本和高效的特点。简述了TFA-MOD技术的基本原理以及在长带技术方面的进展,讨论了利用TFA-MOD技术制备涂层导体时仍然存在的技术和基础科学问题,并展望了我国涂层导体技术的发展状况。 Metalorganic deposition using trifluoroacetates (TFA-MOD) is an attractive technology for low-cost,high-rate deposition of superconducting layer. The mechanism of TFA-MOD and the recent progress in coated conductor long tapes are briefly reviewed. The technical and fundamental issues for preparation of coated conductors by TFAMOD process are discussed, and the prospect of the development of coated conductor technology in China is given.
