摘要
通过对医疗服务供方支付方式的变革,积极引导、规范供方医疗服务行为,控制医药费用上涨,保障新型农村合作医疗基金使用安全是一值得探讨的问题。文章在文献复习的基础上,采用焦点小组讨论法、多维度组合评价法提出新型农村合作医疗按病种"分段、定额"付费的基本思想。
It is worthy of exploring to guide and standardize the supplier＇ s medical service behaviors to control medicine expense and to safeguard fund of new rural eooperatives medical service by improving the payment way. Based on literature reviewing, focal point group discussion and multi-dlmension appraisal method adopted, new idea of section and quota payment on the diseases categories in new rural cooperative medical system have been put forward.
