摘要
介绍了模糊逻辑系统和神经网络的基本原理,综合神经网络和模糊数学各自的优点,建立了评标决策模糊神经网络模型,为评标决策提供可以进行比较和判别的依据,提高决策的科学性和正确性。
The basic principle of fuzzy logic system and neuritis system is described in this paper, with synthesizing the respective advantages of neuritis system and fuzzy mathematics, thus providing a basis for comparing and discriminating for decision - making on evaluation of bid and upgrading the seientifiealness and the validity.
