摘要
目的：研究儿童颅内脑膜瘤的临床ＣＴ特点。材料与方法：对手术及病理证实的１７例患者的临床及ＣＴ表现进行回顾性分析。结果：平扫可显示肿瘤的发生部位、大小、形态、密度、边缘及瘤周水肿，增强扫描可显示病变的血运情况。结论：认识儿童脑膜瘤的ＣＴ特点，有助于术前诊断，并对病变的良恶性可初步判断。
Objective: To study clinic and CT features of intracranial meningioma in children.Materials and Methods:17 cases of intracranial meningioma proved by operation and pathology in children were analysed retrospectively.Results:Location, size, shape, density, margin and peritumorous edema could be shown by plain CT scan and state of blood flow by enhance CT scan.Conclusion: Comparing with adults, children had their own's features, careful analysis of lesions could improve correct diagnosis and be helpful to judge their nature.
