摘要
调查≥40及≥60岁组居民WHO核心测试组合（NCTB）的各项内容。方法：用NCTB测试两组居民的心理功能。结果：除情绪状态中愤怒、有力、疲备仅受年龄影响，简单反应时、数字广度、提转敏捷度、数字译码、视觉记忆、目标追踪Ⅱ均明显受年龄及性别的影响。≥60岁组大学文化程度男性高于女性3倍。结论：初步提出≥40及≥60岁居民的NCTB各项指标的参考值。
Objective: To investigate the preliminary parameters of NCTB in inhabitants ≥40 and ≥60 years of age. Methods:To study psychological function NCTB was used. Results: It suggested significant difference in age on anger, vigor, and fatigue of profil of mood status, and there was significant difference in nge and sex on simple reaction time, digit span, Santa Ana, digit symbol, Benton visual retension test, and pursuit aiming test. By analysis of the level of education it showed 3 times higher in males than that in females of≥60 years of ege groups. Conclusion:The primary parameters of NCTB in inhabitants ≥40 and ≥60 years of age wassuggested.
