摘要
狗十二指肠给予15IU/kg的W/O型胰岛素微乳(其中125I-胰岛素浓度相当于150μCi/Kg),同位素示踪法测定其上腔静脉及下腔静脉血药浓度,结果表明;反映淋巴转运的上腔静脉血药浓度峰值是反映门静脉吸收的下腔静脉血药浓度峰值的2.55倍,说明胰岛素微乳口服吸收的主要途径为淋巴途径。
W/O Type of insulin microemulsion was administrated to dogs at the dose of 15 IU/kg(insulin) and 150 μCi/kg( 125 Iinsulin) via duodenum. Isotope tracing method was used to determine the level of serum 125 Iinsulin in superior and inferior vena cava. The results showed that the peak value of serum 125 Iinsulin level in superior vena cave responding lymphatic transportation was 2.55 times of that in inferior vena cava responding absorption route of portal vein. This proved that the lymphatic transportation is the main absorption route of insulin oral microemulsion.
