脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽含量变化及其临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的:为探讨内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在脑梗塞中的作用及相互关系。方法:应用放射免疫分析法同步测定40例脑梗塞患者和30例正常对照者血浆ET和CGRP含量。结果:脑梗塞急性期血浆ET和CGRP含量均较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01),CGRP/ET值显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),中-重度脑梗塞组血浆CGRP/ET值显著低于轻度组。结论:ET为致损伤因素,急性期CGRP的升高可能是一种代偿机制,且与其拮抗ET的作用有关;CGRP与ET间平衡紊乱可能是脑梗塞发生发展的重要因素,血浆CGRP/ET值可做为判断病情程度及预后的一项参考指标。 Objective:To investigate the relation and effects of endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) on cerebral infarction. Methods:Plasma levels of ET and CGRP were concomitantly measured by radioimmunoassay in 40 patients with ceredral infarction and in 30 normal controls. Results: Plasma levels of ET and CGRP were increased significantly in the acute stage of cerebral infarction in comparison with those in the normal controls (P<0.01). The ratio of plasma CGRP level to plasma ET level in acute stage was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<001). The ratio of CGRP/ET in the moderate and serious cases was lower than that in slight cases (P<0.01). Conclusions:ET played a deleterious role in cerebral infarction. The increase of CGRP might be a compensatory mechanism related to the antagnistic effect on ET. The ratio of CGRP/ET could reflect the degree of interaction between ET and CGRP. The ratio of plasma CGRP to plasma ET level might be used as a reference index to recognize the severity and prognosis of cerebral infarction.
