摘要
化学物质环境暴露评估是实施化学品控制,减少有毒有害化学品风险必不可少的重要技术手段。传统认识环境暴露的手段主要是环境监测,但近来随着计算机技术的发展,利用暴露模型工具认识、预测化学物质在环境中实际暴露量的方法和技术正从科学研究后台走到管理决策前台。通过国内外对该技术领域与管理结合的情况介绍,提出在化学物质管理中规范暴露研究,运用暴露预测模型评估化学物质暴露性,实施化学物质风险管理的可行性和建议。
Chemical exposure assessment is an important technical method which is used to control and reduce the toxic chemical usage risk, The traditional method to know the exposure is environmental monitoring. With the computer technology developing, usfng models to know and predict the chemical environmental exposure is very popular in science and research field, and these new methods also appear in government management and in decision-making to reduce the chemical hazard and environment risk. The exposure and its prediction and assessment technology used in governments of the developed countries are introduced in this paper. The feasibility and proposes are given such as the standard of the exposure research in chemical management proposed, exposure prediction models to assess the exposure of chemicals used, and the chemical risk management in practice implemented.
