摘要
采用自行编制的应激症候量表、艾森克个性问卷、A型行为问卷,对西南地区军队医院护士1153人进行调查,着重讨论不同人格特征军队护士应激症候的发生率及其相关关系。结果显示:内外向不稳定型、A型行为的护士仅有生理反应或同时具有心理、生理反应,46项应激症候平均检出率均高于内外向稳定型和B型行为的护士。应激症候检出与代表神经质维度的N分呈正相关,与代表掩饰度的L分呈负相关。说明神经类型不稳定和A型行为的护士容易产生应激反应;而具有较强掩饰度的护士,应激症候的发生率较低。建议护理管理者要重视对护士人格的教育和培训,塑造护士良好的角色人格,更好地为伤病员服务。
Using self-made stress symptom questionnaire,Eysenk questionnaire and A-type behaviour questionnaire,the investigation of different individualities related to the stress symptoms of 1153 nurses in military hospitals of South-west Area was made.The results showed that physiologic reaction alone,or psychologic and physiologic reactions together existed in A-type behaviour nurses.The mean detectable rate of 46 stress symptoms in A-type nurses was all higher than that in intro-and extroversion stable type nurses.Detecting the stress symptoms was positively related to the N score representing nervous dimensions,and negatively to the L score representing degree of concealment,indicating that the stress is easy to occur in unstable nervous type and A-type nurses,while it is lower in nurses more capable of concealment.It is suggested that nursing administrators be paid attention to personality education and training of nurses,and portraying nurse's good personality.
