摘要
在一年的系统化整体护理临床实践中，对护理病历表格进行了改革，并设计出护理程序质控评估表，由质管网络组织监督实施。改革后的护理病历更简单化，使护士有更多的时间与病人接触。
Through one year clinical practice of systematic approach to holistic nursing care,writing the nursing case history table was reformed and the quality control table of nursing process was made.Supervision and implementation of the table were done by the quality control network organization.The reformed nursing case history was simpler,so the nurses may have more time to come into contact with patients.
