摘要
目的调查本院临产妇女凝血检测参考值范围。方法采用CA-50血凝仪检测2006年7月～2007年7月来我院分娩的临产妇女凝血四项,包括凝血酶原时间（PT）、凝血酶时间（TT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）和纤维蛋白原（FBG）,用百分位数法制定参考范围。结果我院临产妇女凝血检测参考值范围为：PT：9.37～14.39 s;APTT：16.62～39.58 s;TT：14.64～20.86 s;FBG：1.91～6.05 g·L^-1。结论该调查制定的参考值范围可以作为我院临产妇女凝血状态检测临床应用的参考依据。
Aim To investigate the reference value of blood concretion in late-pregnant women in the second people＇s hospital of chizhou.Methods Prothrombin time（PT）,thrombin time（TT）,activated partial thromboplastintime（APTT） and fibrinogen（FBG） in late-pregnant women in our hospital from July 2006 to July 2007 were detected by sysmex CA-50 detection,and the reference value of them were determined with percentile.Results The reference value of PT,APTT,TT and FBG in late-pregnant women in our hospital were 9.37～14.39 s,16.62～39.58 s,14.64～20.86 s,1.91～6.05 g·L^-1 respectively.Conclusion The reference value of the investigation can provide a basis for blood concretion examination and clinical utilization in late-pregnant women in our hospital.
