摘要
目的研究可吸收螺钉在治疗关节内骨折中的疗效。方法对15例关节内骨折患者行手术切开复位,可吸收螺钉内固定。结果随访11.3月,骨折全部愈合,无再移位、感染及局部积液,患者关节功能恢复满意。结论可吸收螺钉可用于关节内骨折的固定,免除二次手术。
Aim To evaluate the treatment effect of intraarticular fracture with absorbable screws.Methods From February 2000 to February 2006,15 patients with intraarticular fracture undergoing internal fixation operation were treated with absorbable screws.Results The patients were followed 11.3 months.All wounds were healed by first intention.No dislocation,infection and local effusion occurred.Functional recovery was satisfactory.Conclusion Internal fixation of absorbable screws is a perfect procedure in treating intraarticular fracture,which can avoid the pain of taking out internal fixation materials because of second operation.
