摘要
目的探讨婴幼儿纵隔肿瘤手术的麻醉处理体会。方法选择2006年7月～2008年3月小儿纵隔肿瘤切除术9例,年龄2月～3岁,平均（1.6±1.4）岁,体重5～16 kg,平均（10.5±5.5）kg。右纵隔肿瘤3例,左纵隔肿瘤6例。均采用气管内插管静吸复合麻醉。结果9例纵隔肿瘤手术患儿均成活,无1例出现严重的麻醉并发症。结论正确的术前评估和准备以及严密的术中监护和管理,才能保证纵隔肿瘤手术患儿的安全。
Aim To discuss some anesthetic experience in operation of paediatric mediastinum tumor.Methods 9 cases of operation of paediatric mediastinum tumor from July of 2004 to March of 2008 were selected,aged from 2 months to 3 years（1.6±1.4）,weighed from 5 kg to 16 kg（10.5±5.5）kg.In these cases,there were 3 right mediastinum tumors,6 left mediastinum tumors.All were ansthetized with intravenous and inhalation combined anesthesia.Results All paediatric patients survived without any severe anesthetic complication.Conclusion Appropriate preoperation evaluation and preparation strict supervision and right management during the operation are very important to ensuring the safety of paediatric patients undergoing mediastinum tumor surgery.
