有效的学生辅导员工作，在高校人才培养中的作用是举足轻重的。高校辅导员队伍素质的提高既是一个目标，也是一个过程，就如何建设一支高素质的兼职辅导员队伍进行深入的探讨。
The role of an effective college part-time coordinator＇ s work is pivotal in the personnel training. The Improvement of the quality of college coordinators is not only a goal but also a process.
