摘要
目的总结高频振荡通气(high-frequency oscillatory ventilation,HFOV)治疗新生儿Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法比较我院收治的经CMV治疗失败的Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患儿(共27例)接受HFOV治疗前后PacO2、FiO2、OI的差异。结果HFOV治疗24h后PaCO2、FiO2、OI与治疗前比较均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论HFOV能有效改善通气及氧合,可作为新生儿Ⅱ型呼衰CMV治疗失败的补救方法。
Objective To summarize the therapeutic effect of high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV) in newborns with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods Twenty seven newborns with type Ⅱ respiratory failure who failed to be treated by conventional mechanical ventilation (CMV) switched to HFOV. Compared the changes of PaCO2 FiO2 OI before and after HFOV. Results PaCO2 FiO2 OI decreased significantly after HFOV. Conclusion HFOV can efficiently improve the ventilation and oxygenation, it is one of the remedy ways to cure the newborns who are failed to be treated by CMV.
