摘要
为方便高速铁路高架桥预制梁的架设施工,需提供一种具有高强早强自流平特性的注浆材料。采用快硬硫铝酸盐水泥和52.5级普通硅酸盐水泥复掺的方法,通过对影响砂浆强度及流动性的各因素进行正交实验分析得出最佳实验配比,获得一种初始流动度为391mm,2h抗压强度为25.3MPa,56d抗压强度达55.4MPa的高性能自流平砂浆,可满足施工方便的要求,加快了施工进度。
To facilitate the construction of prefabricated beam of viaduct in high-speed railway,a kind of grouting material with high-strength,early-strength and self-leveling is needed. The method of mixing fast-hardening sulphoaluminate cement with 52.5 ordinary Portland cement is adopted and the best experimental ratio is determined by analyzing the orthogonal tests on factors that affect the strength and flowability of the mortar,thus a kind of high-performance self-leveling mortar with an initial fluidity up to 391 mm and compression strength as high as 25.3 MPa at 2 h,and 55.4 MPa at 56 d is obtained which can satisfy the convenience of operation and speeding up the construction progress.
