摘要
目的探讨"阴核发来如升大,百会妙穴真可骇"的含义。方法利用文献搜集、整理,内容分析等方法,从历代文献的注释、"阴核"的古今词义、百会穴的主治、医理文理4方面进行了阐述。结果与结论"阴核发来如升大,百会妙穴真可骇"中的"阴核"应指"阴部突出物",包括脱肛、子宫脱垂、睾丸疝气等疾病,而不是指发生在颈项部的"瘿瘤"。
Objective To explore the meaning of ＂If yin mass is large, point Baihui is wonderfully effective＂. Methods Elucidation is made from four aspects ： the annotations in the literature of past dynasties, the ancient and modem meanings of ＂yin mass＂, indications for point Baihui（ GV 20） and medical and literary theories by literature searching and sorting and the content analysis. Results and conclusion ＂＂ Yin mass＂ in ＂If yin mass is large, point Baihui is wonderfully effective＂ refers to ＂perineal protrusion＂, including proctoptosis, hysteroptosis and scrotocele, and not to neck goiter.
