摘要
针对步进式加热炉步进梁的升降和平移速度电液比例控制系统,提出了"恒压变量泵+比例方向阀+进口压力补偿器"的控制方案和校正控制策略,并通过Matlab仿真技术,对控制系统进行了仿真。研究结果表明,这种电液比例控制方案可以满足步进式加热炉工艺曲线要求。
Aiming at the electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system for up-down and translation of the walking-beam furnace, the control method and correction control strategy were presented based on the proposed control planning of "variable dis- placement pump + proportional direction valve + meter-in pressure compensator". The control system was simulated based on Mat- lab. The experimental result shows that the electro-hydraulic proportional control system can meet the controlling requirement of the walking-beam furnace craft curve.
