摘要
介绍了一种新型的快速锁紧阀,该机构由先导阀和主阀两部分构成,具有响应速度快、高压大流量、无泄漏的特点。首先,建立了快速锁紧阀的数学模型,并进行了线性化分析。其次,基于该模型,通过计算机仿真工具Matlab对其阶跃响应过程进行了分析。仿真结果显示,该新型快速锁紧阀具有非常好的动态特性,响应时间仅为9 ms。通过实验获得的阶跃响应特性曲线与仿真结果几乎完全一致,证明了锁紧阀的快速响应特性。
A high speed locking valve with the characteristics of fast response, high pressure, large flux and no leakage was intro- duced. The valve was composed of a pilot valve and a main valve. Firstly, the mathematical model of the high speed locking valve was established and analyzed in linearization. Secondly, using computer simulation tool Matlab, its step response of the process based on above model was analyzed. The simulation result shows that the locking valve has favorable dynamic characteristics and its response time is only 9 ms. The curves of experiments and simulation results are quite close to each other, which indicates that the locking valve responses rapidly.
