摘要
针对目前视频监控系统以基于有线网络、非民用场合应用为主的现状,提出了一种基于无线网络的家用安全视频监控系统。其中在硬件设计上采用了具有双核处理器结构的OMAP5910作为嵌入式网络视频服务器主控芯片,在系统软件设计上对嵌入式软件平台、视频压缩算法、嵌入式W eb服务器应用程序等做了重点描述。研究结果表明,该系统对视频监控系统的深入应用具有一定的参考意义。
A kind embedded video monitoring system based on wireless local-area network（WLAN） for domestic security was presented. In the hardware design the dual-core processor OMAP5910 was selected as a control chip for embedded video network server. The embedded software platform, the video compression coding algorithm, and the application program of embedded Web server were discussed in detail in the software design. Experimental results show that the research is significative for the deepening application of video monitoring system.
