摘要
为实现数字化和网络化的视频监控,采用了专用音/视频压缩芯片和DSP芯片,及UDP数据报多播传输方式,完成了基于以太网的嵌入式数字摄像机的硬件接口设计及相应通信协议的设计,实现了全实时同步音/视频采集、压缩、存储和网络传输。研究结果表明,多媒体数据通信的实时性、连续性较好,并可实现多台计算机接收同一数字摄像机发出的图像、声音数据。
In order to realize digital and networked video surveillance, the hardware design of embedded digital video camera based on Ethernet and the communication protocol was completed, The exclusive audio-video compression chip and digital signal processor(DSP) chip as well as the user data protocol(UDP) data message transmission technology were applied, and the goal of the real time collection, compression, storage, and transmission of audio-video data were achieved. The research results prove that the design can provide good consistency for real-time multimedia communication, and can also help multi-computers simulta- neously receive audual and video data from one same digital video camera.
