功能磁共振在精神疾病研究中的应用与展望

摘要 功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术正成为一种用途广泛的精神病学研究工具。本文简短回顾近年fMRI在几种精神疾病研究中的应用和结果,主要包括多动症,抑郁症,强迫症和精神分裂症。同时基于新的fMRI分析方法,对所面临的挑战,特别是对于fMRI在基因一大脑整合和药物临床实验研究中的作用,进行初步展望。
