PKC和MMP-9在脑膜瘤中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的探讨蛋白激酶C(PKC)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在脑膜瘤中的表达及其与临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测46例脑膜瘤中PKC和MMP-9的表达情况。结果46例脑膜瘤中,PKC阳性28例,阳性率为60.9%;MMP-9阳性24例,阳性率为52.2%。PKC和MMP-9阳性表达与脑膜瘤的组织学性质、浸润深度、脑外转移以及脑膜瘤分级有关(P<0.05),且PKC和MMP-9在脑膜瘤中的表达呈正相关(rs=0.786,P<0.05)。结论PKC和MMP-9促进了脑膜瘤的侵袭性,可能参与了脑膜瘤的演进过程。
