摘要
目的观察肾衰养真胶囊对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)营养不良大鼠的肾保护作用。方法予0.5%腺嘌呤和4%酪蛋白混合饲料喂养制作CRF营养不良大鼠模型,观察其营养不良发生时间,符合条件的随机分为正常组、模型组、肾衰养真胶囊组和开同组。经肾衰养真胶囊灌胃4周,以开同为阳性对照药,观察Scr、BUN、24hUpr(24h尿蛋白)、ALB、Hb、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平的变化,进行光镜(HE、PAS染色),透射电镜以及免疫荧光观察肾组织病理学改变。结果与模型组比较,肾衰养真胶囊组大鼠的肾组织病理形态明显改善,肾衰养真胶囊可降低Scr、BUN、24hUpr,升高ALB、Hb、IGF-1。结论肾衰养真胶囊可显著减轻CRF营养不良模型大鼠肾组织病理学改变,改善肾功能及营养状况。
Objective To investigate the renoprotection of Shenshuai Yangzhen(SSYZ) capsule, a preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, in malnutrition rats with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods Rat CRF malnutrition model was created by feeding 0.5 % adenine and 4 % caseinum. Rats developed malnutrition were randomized into model group, Ketosteril group, SSYZ capsule group,and normal control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) , serum creatinine ( Scr), serum albumin ( ALB), insulin like growth factor - 1 ( IGF - 1 ) , hemoglobin (Hb) and 24 hour urinary protein excretion (24hUpr) were determined. Kidney tissue was examined by microscope ( included HE and PAS), electron microscope and immunofluorescence. Results Malnutrition began at the end of 8 weeks in CRF rats. Compared with those in the model group, the plasma BUN and Scr and 24hUpro in SSYZ capsule group were signifi- cantly lower and plasma ALB, IGF - 1 and Hb were significantly higher. Pathology of SSYZ capsule group was significant- ly meliorated after treatment with SSYZ capsule. Coulusion SSYZ capsule has a possible therapeutic effect in improving malnutrition and reducing renal damage in rats with renal insufficiency.
