摘要
通过自行设计制造的一套半固态镁合金机械搅拌装置,研究了半固态制浆工艺与组织及性能之间的关系。结果表明,半固态镁合金的力学性能随剪切速率的增大和剪切时间的延长而增加。在剪切温度570℃,剪切速率79.75s-1,剪切时间240s就可以获得性能良好的半固态镁合金浆料。
The relationships between the fabrication processes for semi-solid slurry and the microstructure and properties of semi-solid magnesium alloys were studied by a self-made mechanical stirring setting. The results show that the microstructure of semi-solid magnesium alloy improves and the properties increase with the increment of shearing rate and the extension of shearing time. The good microstructure and properties of semi-solid magnesium alloy slurry can be obtained when shear rate is 79.75 rad/s and shearing time is 240 s.
