培育新型农民要求农村教育体系具备对应的模块。应努力构筑农村基础教育、农村职业教育和农民培训三大模块互为补充的农村教育体系。
What is the new type of peasants？ What content characteristic of them should have？ This is a question to make clear first for training of new type peasants. Otherwise, training of new type peasants requests corresponding module of rural education system to satisfy its demand. So, rural educational system which consists of rural elementary education, rural vocational education and peasant training should be constructed
