垂体后叶素在大鼠脊髓水平对动脉血压的影响及其可能机制

摘要 大鼠脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射垂体后叶素引起中枢性升压效应,此效应可被α肾上腺素能受体阴断剂酚妥拉明所阻断,但不受β受体阻断剂心得安的影响。颈部第一节段横断脊髓后,这种升压效应依然存在,摘除双侧肾上腺后,这种升压效应明显减弱。以上结果提示,垂体后叶素在大鼠脊髓水平具有调制血压的作用,这种中枢性的调制作用可能有脊髓内α受体的介导。肾上腺髓质激素也参与了这一调制过程. Intrathecal administration of pituitrin(0.04 μg/10μl)to urethane anesthetized rats produced a marked increase in the mean arterial pressure.After pretreatment intrathecall with the phentolamine, the response to intrathecal pituitrin was prevented.In addition,the effect of the intrathecal pituitrin can be reduoed by extirpating adrenal.The results suggest that the pituitrin has central pressor effect at spinal cord,and that the effect may be mediated through central α-adrenoceptor.The adrenal medulla hormone may also participate in the course of regulation.
