摘要
目的研制一种新型高分子树脂类义齿黏附剂。方法改进配方,研制Comfort-DAⅡ型高分子树脂类义齿黏附剂,以材料的黏结抗张强度为评价标准优选黏附剂配方,并测定其pH值。结果甲基纤维素含量对黏附剂黏结抗张强度的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05);而聚氧化乙烯和羟乙基纤维素含量对黏附剂黏结抗张强度的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05),但它们是合成黏附剂的2个必要成分,不可缺少;所研制黏附剂的酸碱度为弱碱性(7.10~7.20)。结论Comfort-DAⅡ型义齿黏附剂具有较好的临床应用前景和社会效益。
Objective The purpose of this study was to develop a new kind of macromolecular resin class of denture adhesive, named Comfort-DA Ⅱ. Methods The factors affecting tensile bond strength of the denture adhesives were analyzed to select the best formula of denture adhesive. The pH value of denture adhesive was tested. Results Methyl cellulose in adhesive exhibited significant effect on tensile bond strength while polyethylene oxide and hydroxyethyl cellulose did not although they are irreplaceable contents in denture adhesives. The prepared denture adhesive demonstrated a slightly basic pH. Conclusion The generally favorable in vitro performance of the prepared adhesive (Comfort-DA Ⅱ ) formulation indicated that it might be efficacious denture adhesive.
