摘要
本文对52例小儿急性非持异性肠系膜淋巴结炎的病因、漏诊原因进行回顾性分析,讨论如何提高诊断符合率。
52 cases of acute-nonspecific mesenteric lymphadenitis were hospitalized during a period of 10 years in our institute. A Reprospective analysis of their pathogenic causes and omission diagnostic fac- tors were made. How to decrease the omission diagnostic rate of the disease is discussed.
