摘要
性别不平等妨碍女性的发展前景,忽视社会整合,危害两性的社会合作,从而严重影响男女两性协调、健康发展和社会的正常运行。经济发展及制度改革都是促进性别平等的关键因素,但公共管理与公共政策尤为重要,因为使性别不平等长期存在的社会和法律制度即使能为个人所改变,但也存在很大难度,因此急需国家采取积极的公共管理和公共政策以促进性别平等。
Gender inequality is a great obstacle to women' s development. It ignores the importance of social integration, injures gender social cooperation, and affects gender harmony and healthy development and society' s normal operation. Economic development and .systematic reform are essential factors to gender equality, however, public management and public policy are more important, because it is difficult to change social and law system resuiting in gender inequality on condition that it can be personally altered. In this sense, national active public management and public policy are greatly required for gender equality.
