稀土复合固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2-Nd_2O_3催化合成乳酸正丁酯 被引量:7

摘要 研究了以纳米稀土复合固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-Nd2O3为催化剂,以乳酸和正丁醇为原料合成乳酸正丁酯。通过正交实验考察了影响酯化反应的主要因素,确定的最佳合成条件为:乳酸用量为0.1mol时,正丁醇与乳酸物质的量之比为3.0∶1,催化剂用量为0.55g,带水剂环己烷15mL,回流反应2.0h,酯化率可达98.7%。该催化剂回收简单,重复使用7次后,酯化率仍在96%以上。 N-butyl lactate was synthesized from lactic acid and n-butyl alcohol with rare earth solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2-Nd2O3 as catalyst,The effect of primary factors on esterification was investigated by orthogonal design experiment, The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were:based on 0.1 mol lactic acid, molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol to lactic acid was 3.0 : 1, the amount of catalyst was 0. 55 g, 15mL cyclohexane as water carrying agent, reaction time was 2.0 h at reflux temperature, the esterification yield was up to 98.7 under the optimum condition, rare composite solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2-Nd2O3 catalyst can be reused by simple phase-separation, the esterification yield was still up to 96% after the catalyst was reused 7 times.
