摘要
本文对15例急性原发性痛风性关节炎进行了回顾性的分析。急性原发性痛风性关节炎常被误诊为多种疾病,其中误诊为类风湿性关节炎、风湿性关节炎者多见。
The case of acute primary gouty arthritis is often cliniely misdiagnosed as other diseases because of its rareness.Among 15 cases of this disease in this paper,5 were misdiagnosed as rheumatic arthri- tis;7 as rheumatoid arthritis;2 as erythromelalgia and 1 as traumatic arthritis.The scarce recognition of the nature of the acute primary gouty arthtitis is regarded as the reason for omission diagnosis.The author indicated that the omission diagnosis could be avoided by enquiring the disease history in detail care physical examination,analyzing blood uric acid and taking arthrogram.
