摘要
本文对利益相关者理论在国内外旅游领域的应用研究进行了总结。研究发现,国内外旅游领域对利益相关者的研究大多集中在利益相关者的界定、在旅游规划和管理决策中的调查研究、利益相关者之间冲突与协作的解决对策和管理措施等几个方面;研究涉及范围广泛,对具体案例的分析也更加深入和细化,研究方法趋于多样。最后,本文对目前研究中所显现出来的一些不足进行了分析。
This paper summarizes the researches on the application of the stakeholder theory in the domain of tourism. The conclusion finds that the research on the application of the stakeholder theory has concentrated on the identifying of stakeholder, survey and study on the tourism layout and management decisionmaking, solution and measure to conflict and cooperation. The case study tends to be deepened and the research methods are diversified. Finally the paper makes a brief summarization of limitations emerging in the present researches, which also gives some directions for future research.
